3 months

Our sweet Janie girl is 3 months old!  She turned 3 months last Monday (the 28th) while we were out of town.  We don't have a doctor's appt. until she's 4 months so we'll be anxious to get her stats then :)

Over the last month:

• Janie has been as happy as can be!  She is all smiles lately and rarely cries!  We are so grateful because in those first few weeks she definitely had us a little worried..haha.

• she has started giving us little laughs, which is so fun!  I have yet to get a good one on video though :/

• she seems to have ticklish feet because she always gives us these wide mouth smiles when we kiss on them ;)

• she has discovered the fan!  Aiden had a fan in his room (in our old apartment), so he discovered it early on.  In our new place there are only fans in our room and the living room and we don't always have them going, but any time they're on, Janie is completely mesmerized :)

• she still loves standing in our laps.  In fact, she'll often lock her knees when we try to get her to sit because she'd rather stand..haha

• she is starting to really watch Aiden and he's starting to really interact with her as well!  And she seems to like watching his shows with him, particularly The Magic School Bus ;)

Love that her little feet are in the air :)

• she is the best dressed little girl at Church ;)

I just had to put this funny one up from when we were at Target several weeks ago.  She looks so tiny up there..haha.

So this has been happening since she was a newborn, but I was too nice to ever take a picture..haha.  Now I have a few, but I promise I took them quickly so she wasn't too agitated ;)  Sometimes she'll be down for a nap and will start fussing and I'll go in to check on her and find her thrashing her head from side to side because she's pulled her headband over her eyes.  I know it's kind of mean, but it's kind of cute..haha.  Now I usually remember to take them off before she falls asleep ;)

I had to take this picture because she got startled and kept her arms up just like this for a solid few minutes..haha.

Sometimes it totally cracks me up how girly she is :)

Sitting outside with Daddy and big brother while it was raining. We're grateful for monsoon season when we actually get a little bit of rain during the year.

And, of course, a few sleeping ones ;)
