Riverdance

Sunday, June 30, 2013

Sunday we thought it would be fun to go to Church in Dublin (just Sacrament meeting).  If we hadn't been in Church we may have thought one of the speakers was speaking about "fate" and not "faith" (they don't really pronounce the "th" sound)!

Trent didn't realize we'd be going to Church ;)

Luckily Trent spotted the Church building because our taxi driver had no idea what we were talking about.  It's nice that our buildings tend to look the same :)

Afterward we took a taxi home and took our Sunday naps ;)

Later in the afternoon we headed back into the city.

Aiden must've seen a bus or something.  He grew to love the buses while we were there ;)

We got to see Riverdance (Irish dancing) at the Gaiety Theatre.

Sadly I wasn't allowed to take pictures during the performance, so I just got a couple before it began.

Chandelier and ceiling.

I would definitely see Riverdance again!  It was so much fun and I think all of us were just about ready to get up on stage and dance along with them..haha..although it looks pretty complicated.

Heading back down Grafton Street.

We had dinner at Milano's again that night.  Aiden was content to just sit by himself by the big windows and watch the passersby :)

Putting on Mommy's chapstick.

Trent took some portraits.

Aiden found a cookie in the diaper bag from lunch..ha.

Didn't realize he was taking this.

The lemon torta was to die for!

Whole group :)

Trent headed home with Aiden before the rest of us.  He spotted us when we got back ;)

Sunset on Dublin.

Aiden playing before bed.

  1. Seeing River Dance is on MY bucket list. How fun and memorable. I love the photos of Aiden just taking everything in. What a good traveler!
