Whirlwind Part 4

Saturday, the 27th, was the day full of wedding festivities for Megan (my cousin) and Adam :)  We started out with a nice breakfast at the Lion House.

Adam's mom made the fun centerpieces :)

Aiden and I with the bride-to-be :)

Aiden was so funny sitting there.

And then pushing the chair around :)

Then we all headed over to the Bountiful temple were Adam and Meg were sealed.  Very exciting!

Rach and I with Tess and Aiden in the waiting room after the sealing. Aiden is just a month older than Tess!

Tess's oldest brother, Bennett (who is 5), took this pic of his little sister :)  Just look at those baby blues!

Tiersha pinning on Josh's corsage - they are the cutest!  Somehow I never got to hold their sweet new baby, Charlotte :(  I was chasing Aiden around the whole time.  Thank goodness for Thanksgiving :)

The new Mr. and Mrs. McKarns!!

Everyone there from the Whitmore family.

Aiden was done with pictures, but I like that you can see Meg and her siblings in the back :)

We had some time before the reception, so we headed back to the hotel. Jill opened some birthday gifts since we wouldn't be around for her birthday that Monday, the 29th.  Aiden helped ;)

And that evening we headed to the reception at Sleepy Ridge, which is actually where Jennifer interned.

Aiden peed through his nice outfit, so he was a little casual for the reception :/  Here he is with Melissa and Jen.  We were so excited to find out that Melissa got into BYU's nursing program!  Congratulations Meliss!  Such an accomplishment :)

We had savory and sweet crepes.

I was so glad we got to see Richard and Marissa at the reception.  I wish we lived closer!  Marissa was due about a week after this picture was taken and, as of last night, her sweet baby girl still hadn't made her debut.  Come on little Miss Patterson!!

Aiden and Tess were loving Marissa's purse..haha.

The first dance.

Father/daughter dance.

The bouquet toss.  Tori caught it!

Headed off on their honeymoon :)

We helped clean up some afterward.  Aiden loved the flowers :)

Before we headed back to the hotel, we stopped by Jordan and Dane's to see their new place.  Loved all of their decorations :)

And Sunday, the 28th, we drove the rental home to AZ.  This time we obviously drove during the day ;)

Aiden actually did really well during the car ride and slept a lot.  Poor baby was all tuckered out from all of our traveling.

While I loved being able to go to Virginia for my Grandma's funeral and then to Utah for Meg's wedding, it is so nice to be home and getting back into our routine.  If only they had been spaced just a little more, but of course there's no way to anticipate a funeral!
